Theologian Annie Lamont said there are two types of prayer:” Help me, help me, help me” and “Thank you, thank you, thank you.” In this session we expand that understanding and see why Jesus taught the disciple and us this prayer.

Teach us how to pray, that is what we ask of you, O God. And you give us this prayer that Jesus spoke to the disciples. May we see the wisdom and depth this prayer and all prayer brings to our life. Amen.
