As people of God, we are called to grow each day in the faith we share.

Weekly Lesson: You shall not murder and You shall not steal

The lessons are currently focused on the Ten Commandments, specifically on November 24 about the fifth and seventh commandments. There will be no class on December 1 due to the Thanksgiving weekend.

On December 14, come decorate Christmas cookies at 10 a.m. in the Fireside Room. The cookies will served between the worship services on Christmas Eve.

The fall Affirmation of Baptism Retreat will take place on Saturday, December 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. meeting at Saint Luke. We will initially meet in the Fireside Room. The focus of the retreat is on worship.

Administrative Notes

Worship at 8:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m. and then class is from 10-11 a.m. each Sunday. Youth meet in the Great Hall for class while their parents are invited to attend adult faith formation classes or gather on the patio or in the Fireside Room with other parents and people from Saint Luke.

Register your child now for Affirmation of Baptism classes here.

The youth are asked to complete nine worship notes each year. Find the link to the notes below. Send your completed notes to Pastor Z via email. See the contact us button at the bottom of the page for his email address.

Prayer

Gracious God, we give you thanks that you have given us your word through the writings of the faithful. We are grateful for your people who handed down their faith from generation to generation so that we may learn from them and about them. Amen
